Using categories and tags is the best way to organize the information on your blog and make it easier to find. Unfortunately the concept is confusing to new bloggers and overlooked as an “option.” I get a lot of questions about categories and tags, so I wanted to let everybody know that wordpress.com has an excellent post describing categories and tags and how each work.
